l  Customers must report any return or exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the order.

l  Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

2.       Courier Charges

l  Please note that we are unable to refund any courier or shipping charges, as per our agreement with shipping companies.

3.       Product Condition

l  Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

4.       Exchange Availability

l  Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we may offer an alternative or store credit.
